24/01/2010 Sunday

I jogged 5 rounds at UKM Engine Fac lake, i think got 3.5km non-stopped guah, satisfied at least did sport. It was a nightmare when i found that i ate the most today in these week, weight is raising when all turns to FAT~~

23/01/2010 Saturday

One day without any sport but sweated after cleaning room and washing clothes by hands. It is terrible! Why i can't keep my words? haih..

Disappointment

Why disappointed? it might be a little matter likes dust

21,22/01/2010

these two days only took meehun and tosei for lunch and played badminton. my right arm muscle is painful. i think i have to rest at weekend and focus my thesis paper.

i was so exciting as JKMB manufacturing group planned to Broga Hill at 4.30am. we arrived there around 5.30am, it supposed to reach top of hill at 6.30am but we lost in jungle. Alamak, spent 2 hours to find a correct trek to reach top of Broga Hill. We were extremely tired! I ate only one red bean pau and one pack of Meggie for lunch before class. I slept from 3pm sth after class till 7.30am next day.. tired!

Instant oatmeal again for today breakfast before swimming for 45mins, mee rebus again as it was offered after GA talk, haha.. dy allergy of mee rebus. I went to swimming again from 5pm to 7pm and fruits for dinner. i did a lot exercise today. hope it works.

I ate only instant oatmeal for my breakfast, mee rebus for lunch and few apples for dinner. whole day got class, no time for sport and sweat. only diet and burn fat.

It is time to keep FIT lo

My weight is getting higher, belt is no longer being used and getting less stamina. I think i have to keep fit and diet. CNY is coming soon, i hope my body can suit nice apparent. haha.. Thus the plan is started from 18th February, left couple weeks to CNY. Try my best to avoid fat and burning fat.

Learning Spanish

I start learning Spanish this sem, it is very hard for me especially when reading R or rr, my tongue is tired oh!! besides that, it is difficult to differentiate Masculino and Femenino objects.. i will try my best to train my tongue so that can vibrate well.
